I was born and raised in Baddeck and I’ve always been an active member of my community and I’m pleased to be able to live and work here once again.

I have always had a deep love and appreciation for Cape Breton culture. My parents always had fiddle music playing in the house when we were growing up and they encouraged me to dance and play music from a young age. I’ve been step-dancing since about the age of 4 and still love to attend dances around the Island, perform and teach.

When I’m not lawyering, I like to get out to enjoy fresh air and open spaces by hiking, running or walking. You can also often find me rowing in Baddeck harbour, exploring Kidston Island or swimming in the lake all year round.
